First of all, this review is long overdue. James was great with my husband and I. He actually married us twice. Once in a commitment ceremony and a second time once we were able to get our marriage license. We requested a ceremony in Spanish and he delivered beautifully. He was very respectful and energetic both times around. I recommend James to a couple last year and I will continue to recommend him.

Jim was an amazing officiant. He is so thoughtful, helpful and kind. From the moment my husband and I first talked with him prior to our wedding, it was immediately evident that he was calm, cool, professional and passionate about bringing two people in love together in matrimony. Exactly 6 weeks before our wedding, our officiant (a family friend) decided that she was no longer 'comfortable' coming to our wedding. 5 weeks and 6 days before our wedding, we found Jim. Right from the get go, Jim clicked with my now wife and I. We began with a short chat over the phone where he asked not only what we were looking for, but what kind of people we were, so he could custom tailor his ceremony script for us. Jim's communication abilities are top notch, especially in a time when we found that many vendors were using COVID as an excuse to lower their standards by taking a long time to reply. Jim was prompt in his replies to our questions, and even openly accommodated our minor tweaks to his ceremony, which foundation-wise was excellent from the start. On the day of our wedding, he showed up early, with a smile, greeted us and our family, and was nothing short of spectacular in the way he executed in both delivery and timing.

Jim was the perfect fit for my wife and I’s ceremony. We had a great feeling from the first conversation we had with Jim. We actually live in SC, but our ceremony took place in PA and he made the process extremely easy.
When we flew into Philadelphia to get our wedding licenses, Jim took time
out of his schedule to meet with us to learn about us as a couple. He was extremely professional and down to earth which made us both feel comfortable.
